Kingdom to become the master distributor of Ulysses
Suite of application in Malaysia and Asia Pacific. MSI
has offer our customers a broad range of customer management
solutions and support facilities with the 1st level
& 2nd level technical support done locally and 3rd
level support given by our counter part QMS.
Ulysses is the MSI product, which delivers the tools
to enable service centric organisations to effectively
manage their customer relationships from Service Management
through to Sales and Marketing, Contract Management,
Warranty Tracking, Asset Management and Customer Care
Help Desks.
MSI is aware of the growing
needs to improve the way Human Capital is being
handle currently and for that reason the company developed
an Expert System
that addresses the needs and issues of managing Human
Capital Development.
